Characteristics
- Casofter-222 is a paste form softener which is easy soluble in water with soft and dry effect for cotton fabric.
- With its special chemical base, Casofter-222 is more water absorbency than other cationic softener.
- Excellent acid and alkali durable. Casofter-222 can endure pH11 ~ 12.
- Casofter-222 has low yellow issue for bleached cotton.
- Casofter-222 has excellent anti-static effect which can increase the bulky hand feeling.
- Caosfter-222 can not only use in the textile field, such as jean wash, towel production, cotton dyeing, especially, it can use in the softener in the house garment washing.
Application
Dilute to 20% liquid and dosage is 1 ~ 3% o.w.f. to fiber weight.
It’s normal that Casofter-222 will freeze in the solid form in the winter. Please dilute it with 60℃ warm water.
Packing and storage
Net in 120 kg in PE drum or 190 kg in drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
