Properties

Cadisper-300 has low foam, excellent wetting and excellent dispersing effect in 130℃.
No surface dyeing in polyester fiber.
Excellent compatibility with dispersing dyes and increasing dyeing water’s solubility in high temperature and pressure.
Excellent anti-back stain effect.

Application

(If it’s high concentration, you have to dilute it to 30% active ingredient with water.)

Cheese dyeing machine    1.0 ~ 2.0 g/L
Normal dyeing machine         0.5 ~ 1.0 g/L
Repair color                            2.0 ~ 4.0 g/L
Temperature                           130℃~ 140℃ × 15 ~ 60 min

Soaping and reduction process
Cadisper-300 0.5 ~ 2.0 g/L

Temperature 80 ~ 90℃ × 15 ~ 30 min

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
